You have an inner athlete. My job is to find it, develop it, and show you what you’re actually capable of. A Bay Area native, I’ve been coaching clients exclusively in the South Bay since 2006 — helping busy professionals, active adults, and everyday people move better, feel stronger, and build fitness that lasts. No pressure, no gimmicks. Just a real plan, real progress, and a coach who stays with you for the long run. Many of my clients have been with me for over a decade — loyalty I never take for granted.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Every program I build is designed around you — your goals, your schedule, your starting point. Using the NASM OPT model, I train you like an athlete: with fitness testing, personal records, and benchmarks that show you exactly how far you’ve come. Functional strength, TRX, and HIIT form the core of most programs. I also offer Muay Thai striking fundamentals as an optional high-energy alternative to traditional cardio — no experience needed, never required. Programs flex with how you feel day to day, but always move forward with purpose.
