Mark is a certified personal trainer, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and Krav Maga/self-defense instructor with a background in wrestling, boxing, endurance sports, and strength & conditioning.

After breaking his back at 18 and relearning how to walk, fitness became more than just working out β€” it became a way to rebuild both physically and mentally. Mark also knows firsthand what it’s like to struggle with weight, having once reached nearly 300 pounds before losing over 85 pounds through consistency, movement, and healthier habits.

A former ultra-runner with three 100-mile race finishes, Mark brings real-life experience, patience, and accountability to his coaching. His style combines strength training, mobility, conditioning, and boxing-based cardio to create workouts that are effective, fun, and adaptable to all fitness levels.

Mark also teaches private self-defense for men, women, and kids. He believes fitness should help people feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and more capable in everyday life.
